Lee Greer is the Founder and CEO of Body by Lee, a health organization that has helped thousands of women worldwide achieve their health and fitness goals through science-based practices and sustainable nutrition. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in weight management and fertility health for women with PCOS/PCOD. Lee is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Recognized as the Best Trainer in Dallas by Dallas Weekly, Lee also serves as a Health and Wellness Coach at UNT-Dallas. She is a public speaker who has appeared on panels, OWN’s Ready to Love, and Fox News to discuss health issues.
Active in her community, Lee leads outreach programs like The Giveback Gang, providing meals and essentials to the homeless monthly.
